The code is hosted on GitHub and can be accessed here. Smart Home Framework (version 0.1) has now been released (March, 2013). This version includes the framework and also an example project that demonstrate how to use this framework (including the code examples).

The SHF is freely available under GNU General Public Lincense . The default optimiser is IBM’s CPLEX which is available free of charge to people in academia.
